Can I tune my own tractor as a retail customer?

Absolutely! We provide a user-friendly solution by shipping a handheld device directly to you. Easily plug it into your tractor’s diagnostic connector, follow on-screen instructions to read the stock file, and our team will handle the rest. Our support team is here to assist over the phone, and custom tunes usually take just one business day.

How does the File Service operate for retail customers tuning their own tractors?

For retail customers, we skip the traditional File Service and send you a handheld device. Plug it in, follow on-screen instructions, and our team assists you over the phone. Once tuned, upload the modified file from the device to your tractor.

Can I choose different power levels for my tractor using the handheld device?

Yes, our handheld device allows flexibility. Choose from different power levels tailored to your operational needs.
